How Does Salicylic Acid Help Fight Acne?

Salicylic acid is a natural substance that is extracted from willow or birch bark. After grinding, filtering and treatment with oxidants, it is transformed into its final form - a white powder that is used mainly in cosmetics, but also in medicine. Salicylic acid is one of the most effective ingredients in the care of problematic and acne-prone skin. It is anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and slightly antiseptic. It belongs to the so-called beta hydroxy acid group, which has a beneficial effect on the skin, and is also oil-soluble, unlike alpha hydroxy acids. This allows it to penetrate the sebaceous glands, where it can deal with pimples and clogged pores. Acne is caused by clogging from dead skin cells and bacteria, but salicylic acid can overcome this oily buildup, reach deep down and from there, unclog and clear the pores. What Not to Combine the Cream with

How to Use Acne Cream NAFIGATE 50 ml

• The cream is recommended to be used when acne occurs and for acute cases of acne.
• Apply to the areas where acne is present.
• Spread the cream thoroughly and allow it to absorb.
• Use within one week. We recommend using the cream for acute cases of acne within one week.

We recommend skipping the cream for another week to prevent the skin from building up resistance to the active ingredients.

Acne Cream can be used on its own or in combination with a cleansing gel and mask from NAFIGATE's acne range.

Almond Oil

Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil is anti-inflammatory due to its high content of vitamins E, D and B, squalene and zinc. It is often used to moisturise very dry skin.
