High solubility and cellular absorption of curcumin was confirmed by a scientific study in collaboration with the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University and its department of the Biotechnology and Biomedical Centre of the Academy of Sciences and Charles University in Vestec called "Biocev". The scientific study confirmed up to 220 times increased solubility and 100% cellular absorption of curcumin due to a combination of the following parameters:
- orally dispersible tablet providing a stronger and faster onset of action (our unique ODT)
- use of innovative manufacturing technology - reduction of curcumin particles to sub-micron size
- by adding lecithin and piperine.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The product is manufactured in a production plant in the European; production is ISO 22000:2018 certified.
What Is the First-pass Effect?
The first-pass effect is common with conventional tablets, where the active ingredient passes through the digestive tract and then the liver, being largely broken down or converted into ineffective substances - thus reducing the effectiveness of the administered dose. In our ODT formulation, the first-pass effect does not occur - the active substance is absorbed and assimilated already in the oral cavity and upper oesophagus, which results in increased efficacy even at low doses. The active substance is at the point of need faster and in a higher concentration - which ensures a many times stronger and faster onset of action.

Ingredients
ODT excipient, sweetener (mannitol), standardized extract of long turmeric rhizome, lecithin, natural flavor, piperine, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
