Shipping
The goods can be sent to the buyer by multiple couriers with shipping fees as per the current price list.
A buyer who is a business entity is obliged (a buyer who is a consumer is recommended to follow this procedure) to check the condition of the shipment (number of packages, intactness of the tape with the company logo, any damage to the box) together with the carrier immediately upon delivery according to the enclosed delivery note. The buyer is entitled to refuse to accept a shipment that is not in conformity with the purchase contract, e.g. if the shipment is incomplete or damaged. If the buyer accepts such a damaged shipment from the carrier, the damage must be described in the carrier's handover protocol.
Incomplete or damaged shipments must be reported immediately by e-mail to info@nanoSPACE.cz, a damage report must be drawn up with the carrier and sent by e-mail or post to the seller without undue delay. An additional complaint regarding incomplete or externally damaged shipment does not deprive the buyer of the right to claim the item, but it renders to the seller the opportunity to prove no breach of the purchase contract.
